iwKids know the only thing better than an afternoon of jumping at IW is having a birthday party there! That’s because IW staff make a point of creating a unique and special birthday experience for every child. Parents love birthdays at IW also. With several packages and custom selections to choose from, parents have the ultimate mixture of freedom and control. They know what they’re going to get, and they also know up-front what it’s going to cost. Parents can be rest assured that whatever they pick, their kids and their friends are going to have a terrific and memorable birthday party experience. Now that’s party hosting made easy! IW locations are built to accommodate multiple parties at the same time. Even so, it’s best to book a weekend party way in advance. Saturdays and Sundays fill up fast! IW can also be rented for after-hours parties and special occasions, which can include:

Inflatable Wonderland suggests the following food options for your party. These suggestions are based on children and will vary depending on the age and appetite of your guests. Additional food needs to be ordered if you would like to feed the adult guests.

Up to 10 Children – 2 Pizzas and 2 Pitchers
Up to 15 Children – 3 Pizzas and 3 Pitchers
Up to 20 Children – 4 Pizzas and 4 Pitchers
Up to 25 Children – 5 Pizzas and 5 Pitchers

EVERY PARTY INCLUDES:

  • A party host to assist you with your party.
  • One Free future admission pass for the birthday child.
  • A special gift for the birthday child from Inflatable Wonderland.
  • Personalized Happy Birthday balloon bouquet for the birthday child.
  • 2 hours in your reserved party area.
  • Wristband for unlimited play after the party that is good until closing time the day of the party.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • There is a $100 non-refundable deposit required at the time of reservation.
  • There is a $30 fee for each additional birthday child.
  • Party invitations are available upon request and must be picked up at the location where your party will be held.
  • The Mini, Super and Deluxe areas will have three covered tables. These area can seat approximately 24 children; however, this varies by age and size of the children. The total area seating and standing capacity is approximately 35 guests.
  • The Ultimate area can seat approximately 32 children; however, this varies by age and size of the children. The total area seating and standing capacity is approximately 50 guests.
  • If you expect your party to exceed the capacity size for the chosen party package, you will need to purchase an additional party package to accommodate the expected number of guests.
  • Parties are scheduled on first come, first serve basis in advance with a paid $100 non-refundable deposit.
  • Parties scheduled less than 7 days in advance may not have a party host available and will not be discounted.
  • Walk in parties are not allowed. A cake, presents, balloons, or anything that looks like a party may be held at the front desk only if space is available.
  • Decorations may be brought in; however, we do not allow GLITTER, CONFETTI, TABLE CONFETTI, SILLY STRING, BUBBLES or GUM. There will be a $50 cleaning fee charged if these items are used in the facility.
  • Socks must be worn at all times and are available for purchase at the front desk.
